By 2016 I saw the writing on the wall and as a highly anxious, high achieving ambitious leader - I knew I’d need to start doing things differently because my anxiety/depression was sky rocketing despite making the most money I’ve ever made & had a very “safe” healthcare job. I spent the next 7 years learning nervous system regulation skills, how to manage my stress/anxiety and began mindset work. I was just skimming the surface. In 2023 I catapulted my own success in my business 4x my income so I could go full time through subconscious mindset upgrades & tapping into my intuitive abilities through the Akashic Records.
